When student cancels

All plans can be cancelled within a period of 10 days after the date of purchase. After this period, the plan will be expired and fully charged.

If you want to cancel your plan before the end date, it's always possible. However, the lessons that you've already taken, will be charged according to the "1 lesson plan" fare ($20 /hour).

When teacher cancels

If I cannot attend the class, I will always notify you in advance. If your lesson is taking place less than 24 hours, the money will be refunded completely and you will have the option to reschedule the lesson to a new date and time.

PRIVATE LESSONS

All lessons will be payed in advance. They are 55 minutes long, this enables you to make learning meaningful and lasting. 

In case, you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, communicate with me as soon as possible to libnymontalvoo@gmail.com. 

Within 24 hours of the upcoming lesson appointment or if you don't attend  class, lesson cannot be refunded or rescheduled and it must be paid in full.

GROUP COURSES

 

When student doesn't attend the lesson

If you cannot attend a lesson, it cannot be refunded or rescheduled. However, you can pay a private hour with a 30% off ($20 /hour) in order to review the lesson.

​

Your subscription can be cancelled within a period of 10 days after the date of purchase and before the first lesson group. After this period or if you cancel abruptly your subscription and this means that the group course  cannot continue, the money will not be refunded.

Delay

Lessons will always begin at time. If you have any delay problem, lesson will be not extended. Delays further than 15 minutes will prompt the cancellation with no refund.

*All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected. If we're unable to refund you in the original currency, or your primary currency, you'll be refunded in US dollars.
